Refund Policies

You can cancel, change or refund any course or subscription for any reason within 14 days of purchase.

All courses and subscriptions have a full refund deadline of 14 days from the purchase date.

Any refund fees can be transferred to another course or subscription by contacting the Support team by emailing hello@newhuman.today.

Cancellations received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are eligible for the refund, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days and will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that some banks may take longer. If you don't receive your refund within this time frame, please give your bank a call.

To cancel a COURSE or SUBSCRIPTION, please inform us by emailing hello@newhuman.today.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Support team within 48 hours.
